Who We Are

Pasta Della Casa (Israel) specializes in traditional freshly home-made pasta. Moshe Barel brought the vision of fresh pasta to Israel back in 1988, and started producing and selling it using authentic, original recipes.

In our family-owned factory we produce over 200 products, all fresh and made of natural ingredients, with no food coloring or preservatives. Among our products: fettuccine, tagliatelle, tortelloni, gnocchi, ravioli with various fillings, sauces, breads, focaccias, and many other delicious products.

Our products can be found in our stores, as well as in the finest delicatessens across the country.

Just Like In Italy

Following the Italian tradition, our pasta is daily made using Durum flour and fresh eggs, and is grained in a special grinding process called Semolina. The pasta can be refrigerated or kept frozen for up to six months. We use only fresh ingredients: the flour is imported from northern Italy, the eggs are fresh, and the cheeses are the finest in the world. To all of the above we add a little imagination, inspiration and lots of love.

All of our products are Kosher.
All of our products are made of natural ingredients, without preservatives or food coloring.
